| Synthetic turf Pitch: Yarn Thickness app. 360 μm, installed on an 25 mm elastic pad (in-situ applied), infill of quartz sand and green Thermoplastic granulate. As the facility was built in an area that is in danger of flooding, the entire area (approx. 8,000 m2) was raised by a 1,0 m high bank of earth containing material that is both able to support a load and is frost resistant. The sports applications qualities of the pitch were according to FIFA Quality Concept Handbook and Requirements and assessed to FIFA 2 STAR Standard criteria. The syntheticl turf Pitch in Hart by Graz is currently the only Pitch in Austria which has this highest FIFA Seal of quality. |
