	Concept, technical planning, design, management of tendering process, technical supervision and overall management of the construction and installation of the artfical turf pitch, the perimeters, the spectator stands, the pitch production and fencing around the grounds.

	Artifical turf pitch, A = 6,784 m²
	installed on an elastic pad (in-situ applied), infill of quartz sand and green EPDM granulate.
	Until September 2002 there was a natural turf pitch instead of the new synthetic turf surface. The site lies close to the river Enns, which often overflows its banks, and the football pitch was often flooded (see photo album). Therefore the new artifical turf pitch had to constructed so that it lay above the high water line.
	As the facility was built in an area that is in danger of flooding, and also on extremely soft ground, which is therefore prone to settlement, the entire area (approx. 8,000 m²) was raised by a 1,2 m high bank of earth containing material that is both able to support a load and is frost resistant. The synthetic turf surface itself was installed on this bank of earth after the settlement process was over.
	After completion the pitch was inspected by an accredited testing institution and approved. The sports applications qualities of the pitch were assessed according to UEFA criteria.
Project costs
	EUR 864,000,- (excluding VAT) Including the earth bank, floodlighting, pitch installation, outdoor facilities, spectator stand, the fencing around the grounds, ball nets and costs for the inspection by an accredited testing institution. The bank of earth alone cost approx. EUR 161,000,-- (excluding VAT)
